About 5 business days from when you upload your photos. We take our time to make sure every detail is right.
What if my service is sooner?
We understand timing matters. Choose the rushed option to receive your video in 2 business days. If you need it sooner than that, reply to your order confirmation email with the date and we'll do everything we can.
How many photos do I need?
About 25 photos is ideal, but you can upload up to 40. Every photo helps us tell their story.
Can I include video clips?
Absolutely. You can include up to 6 short clips, under 60 seconds each. We accept MP4 and MOV formats.
What music is used?
During checkout, you'll choose a feel that fits: Peaceful, Uplifting, or Spiritual. We'll pair it with a professionally licensed track that sets the right tone.
Can I request changes?
Of course. Just reply to your delivery email within 14 days and we'll make one round of edits at no extra cost. We want you to be happy with the final video.
How do I share the video with family?
You can forward the download link from your delivery email, or download the file and share it however works best for your family. Text, email, and social media all work great.
What format is the video?
HD (1080p) MP4. It plays on any phone, computer, TV, or projector.
Can I play this at a memorial service?
Absolutely. Many families do. We recommend downloading the file ahead of time to a laptop or USB drive so playback goes smoothly.
Is this available for pets / humans?
Yes, we offer tribute videos for both people and pets. Every life deserves to be honored.
What if I don't have many photos?
That's okay. Even 10 photos is enough for us to create something meaningful. We'll work with what you have.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund if production hasn't started yet. If you're not happy with the finished video, reach out to us and we'll make it right.
