The urn we received was better than expected. It felt very solid, was beautiful and was just perfect. Customer service by the owner was excellent, who checked in along the way to make sure everything was ok. Thank you.

The modern grey urn is beautiful. You can't tell from the pictures but it's very solid and heavier than I thought it would be. The quality is next level. And during such a hard time Miles answered my questions quickly and thoughtfully. Shipping was very fast as well. I could not recommend this urn or the company more.

This urn was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. I wanted one that was modern, classy, and didn't say "urn" when guests would visit my home. Miles was so accommodating throughout the process as I had changes along the way and super responsive. Through other reviews, I saw that I could customize it with an etched symbol, so I chose to add a heart above my mother's name. The inside has 2 separate compartments; one for the ashes and one at the top for keepsakes. The mortuary partner we brought this to was so complimentary of this as well. She had never seen something like this and thought it was beautiful. Thank you, Miles, for creating a piece of art with function and class!
